Overview

Ridge excursions are incredibly rare in our nation. A mountain’s ridge is where two of its sides meet. As a result, walking along a ridge is similar to walking along a precipice because only the mountain’s flanks are on each side of you.

In Uttarakhand, there is a trek path known as Phulara Ridge that is perfect for adventure seekers and may offer both an exciting and enjoyable experience when trekking in India. It is important to note that this walk, which takes place in the heart of the Himalayas, is among the most alluring for trekkers.

With a high altitude of 12,127 feet, the Phulara Ridge walk suggests a beautiful journey. This strenuous trek in Uttarakhand is rated as easy to moderately difficult, depending mostly on the family’s level of fitness. Families and lone hikers alike can participate in this excursion.

The entire time, you can still see the 250-degree vista of snow-capped mountains! As you cross the ridge that curves into the countryside, it almost seems as though these mountains are hiking alongside you. Both sides of the land slope downward beneath you, one into a valley and the other into a meadow. This is what distinguishes the experience at Phulara Ridge.
